What is your cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once your order is being processed or has already been shipped.
Customised products cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed.
What's the refund policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Before sending anything back, please contact [email protected] to receive the correct return instructions and address.
Items must be returned clean, unwashed and with their original tags and packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. If you return your entire order, the original standard shipping cost will also be refunded. We do not offer exchanges.
Customised products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective, damaged or incorrect.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout before you place your order. Unless otherwise stated, orders are delivered within 30 days of purchase.
For pre-order products, the estimated shipping date is displayed on the product page. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may be affected by production, transport, customs or other circumstances beyond our control.
